RACINE, Wis., Sept. 27, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Johnson Outdoors Inc. (Nasdaq:JOUT), a leading global innovator of outdoor recreation equipment and technology, today announced approval by its Board of Directors of an increased quarterly cash dividend. Class A shareholders will now receive a $0.17 dividend per share and Class B shareholders a $0.1546 dividend per share.
“Johnson Outdoors’ balance sheet remains strong, and the dividend increase reflects our confidence in our business performance and strategic plans,” said David W. Johnson, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
The quarterly cash dividend is payable on October 25, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 11, 2019.
